- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Job preparation before welding & after welding.
- Knowledge on hand tools like different types of Files and its usage, maketting the parts.
- Workmen ship in finishing the parts to welding
- Interpretation of drawing and Engineering documents like CP, Drawing
- Knowledge of NDT processes like FPI, MPI & RT.
- Familiar with Stainless steel, Titanium, Inconel & Aluminium.
- NCR handling and taking Corrective Actions on the process
- Capturing the Rejection & Rework of product and controlling the same to reduce the Rejection.
- Products identification & Traceability.
- Aware about quality instruments like Vernier calliper, micrometre, depth Vernier, height gauge & GO-NOGO gauges etc.
- Skilled in Grinding and fitment Operations.
- Must know safety rules, housekeeping, 5S, shop floor related activity and material handling.
2. AUTHORITIES:
Authorised to stop the process / Machine when system is not compliant to system and Inform in-charges.
3. COMPETENCY (Qualification, Knowledge & Skill etc.,)
Qualification : ITI welder / Diploma in Mechanical general.
Experience : 3 to 6 Yrs. In Heavy scale hand work to do fitting work.
Knowledge & Critical Skills Reqd.: Interpretation of Engineering documents like Drawing, Control plan.
EOHS RESPONSIBILTY:
Responsible to Maintain the workplace in adherence to EOHS standards, suggest and improve and implement EOHS requirements.
