Job Description:
| 4-8 Years Program Management Experience |
| Thorough understanding of Program Management techniques and methods |
| Serve as a primary point of contact for Program stakeholders |
| Responsible for developing new programs to support the strategic growth of the organization. |
| Accountable to execute programs to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery and quality requirements. |
| Interacting with commercial and business development teams from the RFQ stage to final product shipment. |
| Responsible for developing project plan and coordinating with teams/functions to ensure New Product Development as per customer required dates. |
| Identify and assess risk that may impact program delivery. Develop mitigation strategies and monitor risks throughout the program lifecycle. |
| Communicate program status, updates and key milestones to executives and other stake holders |
| Work with finance team to manage budgets and ensure projects remain cost-effective. |
| Customer relationship management processes and increase customer satisfaction levels. |
| People Management |
Requirements:
| Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace) |
| M.Sc./M. Eng/MBA, PMP certification is a plus |
| Proven experience in Program Management with Aerospace OEMs & defense industries is a plus. |
| Good understanding of AS9100, ISO9000, APQP, PPAP, AS9145, AS13100 |
| Drawing Interpretation / Standards / Customer documents/ Configuration Management |
| Process FMEA / DFMEA, Document Control, GD&T |
| Strong negotiation and influencing skills. |
| Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills |
Special Requirement, if any:
| Knowledge on Aerospace sourcing and Supply Chain Management | |
| Basic understanding of various manufacturing process like tube bending, TiG Welding, CNC Machining, special processes and NDT techniques | |
| Knowledge in aerospace materials, heat treatment, special process etc | |
| Review of Annexure-G Responsibility Authority and Competency matrix for the stated position | |
