Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / ITI Machinist or Turner.
Experience: ITI : 5 Years and above
DME/ JOC: 3 Years and above
Job description.
- Knowledge on CNC Turning/ Turn-mill and Milling machine.
- Knowledge on Fanuc/Mistibushi/Haas Controller (Preferable).
- Knowledge on interpretation of engineering drawings.
- Knowledge on Fixture concepts, and setting.
- Knowledge on cutting Tools, and how to use alternative tools.
- Knowledge on Programming and correction.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues effectively.
- Knowledge on Machine Maintenance, and safety in working environments.
- Knowledge on measuring instruments (callipers, micrometres, etc.) to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
