Key Responsibilities 

 Sales Generation: Prospect, qualify leads, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/annual 

targets. 

 Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing 

clients to encourage repeat business. 

 Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of product specifications and industry trends 

to effectively address customer needs. 

 Customer Support: Perform post-sale follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and 

resolve complaints. 

Qualifications and Skills 

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. 

 Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related customer-facing role. 

 Skills : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Conducting cold calls and emails to prospective clients. 

 Delivering product demonstrations and pitches. 

 Collaborating with marketing teams on promotional campaigns.
