As the Senior Sales Executive for Delhi/Hyderabad, you will architect and execute our
sales strategy, leading a high-performance team to drive revenue growth and global
market penetration. You’ll play a key role in establishing at our client company as the
preferred partner for enterprises seeking sustainable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients, understanding
industry demands, and initiating direct contact to secure leads. - Generate high-quality leads through proactive networking, cold calls, referrals, and
digital platforms to fill the sales pipeline - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication,
trust-building, and personalized service to encourage repeat business. - Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and
potential gaps where products or services can meet demand. - Present products or services in a clear, compelling way that aligns solutions with
specific client needs and expectations. - Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients, ensuring win-
win agreements that benefit both parties.
- Close deals efficiently by following up with prospects, handling objections, and
pushing contracts to completion successfully. - Maintain accurate, organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and
deal statuses for reporting and tracking. - Analyse personal sales performance regularly to identify areas of improvement and
implement adjustments as necessary to optimize results. - Own and deliver against MRR and ARR targets for the team.
