Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment sector
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients
Understand client staffing needs and offer customized recruitment solutions
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to fulfil client requirements
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
Track and report business development activities and progress
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (freshers are
welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Basic understanding of the staffing industry is a plus
