Job Purpose:
To support our company’s growth strategies, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to help us find the best talent in the industry. This position will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and interviewing suitable candidates for various roles within the organization and for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the client to clarify job specifications and requirements.
Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, career pages, and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Source potential candidates on niche platforms using databases, online job postings, networking events, and referrals.
Identify, screen and qualify candidates against the job descriptions.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ fit and soft skills and build rapport with the candidates.
Candidate Engagement – effectively engage and manage candidate expectations across the entire recruitment lifecycle and create a positive interview experience • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Organize and facilitate interview processes, coordinating between the candidate and the hiring manager.
Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and HR Head.
Attend job fairs and recruitment events to represent the company and source potential candidates.
Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding new hires as required.
Key Competencies:
• To clearly understand the recruitment requirement, strategize the recruitment approach considering the position dynamics and TAT and manage the end to end recruitment cycle.
• To work with hiring managers/Business line managers to ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against required criteria.
• Will be majorly responsible for any volume hiring within defined TAT and monthly target.
• To source, screen and interview the potential candidates through effective usage of all possible sources like Employee references, head hunting, job portals , database etc.
• To manage the salary negotiation , offer generation process.
• To maintain the required recruitment MIS/reports for review with management.
• To proactively manage a pipeline of resumes to effectively identify talent and manage the applicant experience in line with the brand.
• To work on Recruitment tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS) HRMS and manage company .
• To coordinate with the internal teams for induction, recruitment data and other reports.
• To facilitate the hiring of Technical and Non-Technical candidates through referrals, walk in drives, sourcing through local agencies , manage the onboarding process &MIS reporting.
• To work on ad-hoc assignments as per the function / business requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT and Non IT recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS), HRMS Tools.
• Proficient in using professional networks, like LinkedIn, for sourcing candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Standard office conditions.
• Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events or job fairs or visiting client offices for any discussions necessary.
