RCM 
 5+ years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Worked on one or more
implementations and at least one support project.  
 Extensive experience in managing requisitions and offer templates. 
 Good experience in RCM to ONB integration process.  
 Should have deep hands-on configuration experience in candidate applications,
Requisition templates, offer letters, integration with employee central, and
onboarding.  
 Good Knowledge and understanding of RCM, ONB Reports  
 Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management
processes
 Must have SAP SF RCM certificate.
