Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery Lead/Solution Architect/Technical Manager responsible for delivering niche technology-based projects for our clients across the globe. He / she should be able to

• Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
• Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
• Define and Defend Solution Architecture along with the team.
• Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production)
• Work with clients across the globe and be able to define expectations and deliver to meet the expectation.
• Take accountability and ownership of project delivery and ensure predictability in terms of cost and timelines
• Effectively manage change in the project scope, solution and delivery.
• Motivate team towards common goal and delivery 

You should have:

• 8 years plus relevant experience in IT industry
• Delivered a project end to end, from Requirements gathering to taking it live in production
• Delivered projects using full stack technologies such as Angular/REST/NODE for front end,

.NET, Java, Spring, Hibernate for backend.

• Working experience of using newer toolsets such as GIT, Jira etc.
• Working experience of using Agile, Kanban or equivalent methods.
• Working experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo.
• Deployment experience on Azure/AWS.
• Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Understanding of OOP, Design Patterns
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with strict deadlines
• Good work ethic, including sense of individual responsibility
• Comfortable working on new products in a growing company
• Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated
